For me, painting is like a stark, riddle that cannot always be cracked. But then again, does one need to crack it at all? If one did, then something important would be lacking from a painting. The world of painting has various concepts, with color and theme having a great deal of meaning and everything being in correlation. Some may see form as being the main foundation, while another may see color as being so, but between these two is a sort of denominator that impacts each and every one of us differently. I don’t believe there to be any abrupt boundaries in painting, yet rather a flowing, absorbing flow of one thing into another. Painting is a powerful and immense element that, beyond the horizon, beholds things invisible to the eye, yet accessible to the imagination, often kicking creative motion into action.
